Genome Sequencing In Micro Fabrication
Genome Sequencing and micro fabrication go hand in hand. Both are used for determining the precise and difficult science that is genome sequencing. DNA microarray is often used in conjunction with micro fabrication because each uses precise and near perfect measurements when studying genomes. Projects dealing with DNA sequencing often requires a lot of specific microbiology. Research into these projects will help scientists discover parts of microbiology that they weren’t even aware of. By tapping into the cDNA or cloned DNA library, scientists can make more and more achievements, using genome sequencing in conjunction to make clearer and more precise DNA clones. While cDNA are only used for eukaryotic genome replication, it’s still an important part of microbiology and micro array science.

Eye Doctors Have Genetic Tests For Glaucoma - What is Available For Your Eye Exam and Diagnosis
By Dr. David Kisling
The Human Genome Project mapped the human gene structure and was an enormous undertaking completed in 2003 taking 13 years and sequencing over 3 billion codes of base pair information. This has opened the doors to tremendous future strides in treating all diseases. There is a chromosome with a gene that codes for the production of a protein that makes up part of the structure of the mesh work in the anterior chamber of the eye.. This mesh work is responsible for keeping the fluid balance in check by allowing continual drainage. When something goes awry with the drainage the pressure goes up increasing your risk for developing glaucoma.
